Hello Eric and Nevin as a longtime customer of Scottsdale Protech (over five years now) I wanted to share some recent feedback. I called to schedule an appointment and spoke with Andrew (receptionist/office mgr) regarding a replacement battery and an oil change. I specifically asked to speak to tech- Robert) unfortunately, Andrew mentioned he takes care of all pricing, I specifically requested the same battery I had before, but he told me he didn’t sell it. Fast. Trustworthy. Friendly. Took the time to thoroughly explain their plan to diagnose my car problems - and took care to explain the solution and cost. Even resolved an issue that another repair shop said couldn’t be resolved! I’m so grateful to have found a reliable and honest repair shop!

With an emergency suspension catastrophe, Andrew and Robert were able to help prioritize and get my car back on the road in no time! Not only did they go above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the level of service and work performed, they stood behind their word. I had to bring the car back for a height adjustment and they took care of it with urgency and the same level of care as always. I would HIGHLY recommend using their services to anyone. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. I took my Hummer H-3 in for work that turned into a much bigger job than planned: an exhaust manifold leak with 3 sheared off bolts, plus a few other things. I scheduled the work for a time when I wouldn’t need the car for 2-3 days. The job ended up being more expensive than I had planned and taking the whole week. Andrew was great to work with. He worked with me on paying for the work and ended up giving me a very good discount since the work took longer than planned. These guys lived up to the rave reviews I read on the Nextdoor app.

Made a GREAT decision bringing my older Mercedes to Pro Tech. Due to the age of the vehicle and part availability the dealership no longer would service it. Felt immediately at ease knowing I had choose the right spot as soon as dropped it off. Thank you to Andrew and the crew for making it a very easy process. Will definitely be back in the future.
