Jiffy Lube

Great experience. Prompt and efficient service. Everyone was upfront. Service was quick and feedback about my vehicle was thorough. Prices as quoted. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for your help! -Shyla

I thought the service was excellent and I really appreciate how quickly I was processed through. Very professional communication and attention to detail. Honestly I was a bit concerned that there was a person that was apparently pretty sick sitting behind the counter. I just make sure people know that when they’re not feeling well they need to take a day of PTO to avoid infecting potential customers.

Always a great experience. Everyone working there is nice, respectful, and most importantly, honest! I’m never worried about them upselling me on anything. In fact last time I had my car’s oil changed, another customer asked if he could wait until pay day to make a repair the mechanic was recommending. The manager (I believe) told him he wasn’t sure how long the car would run with the issue, but recommended that the customer take his time to research the issue and said he could potentially even fix it himself. That’s true customer service!

Came in for a quick oil change and was really impressed! Adam provided excellent customer service—he double-checked everything on the car and made sure to clearly communicate any additional charges before moving forward. Fast, professional, and honest. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube South Scottsdale! The customer service was excellent—quick, friendly, and professional from start to finish. Chris, Juan, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly and done right. It’s great to see a crew that genuinely cares about their work and their customers. Highly recommend!
